Disaster Relief Kit

A series of unique, sustainable packages for different countries which would house relief items that meet basic survival needs for people in the event of a natural disaster. The design needed to be straightforward in its intended purpose, and easily understood by those who inhabit the afflicted region. This is accomplished with universal imagery and instructions written in the language of the chosen country of study.
The Philippines is a nation often ravaged by natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. Durability, mobility, ease of access and recognizability are all factors that set the parameters for the final solution regarding color, material, paneling, and iconography.
